Who knew two little people would require so much STUFF?!? Since Mike and I are very happy with our family of four, we have no need to save things that the twinjas have grown out of/don't use anymore. Plus, our house is way too small to store things we don't need! So that led to me discovering the world of consigning!! What a great thing! I consign all of our things with Zoe's Consignment Shop which is on the south side of Allentown in the Merchants Square Mall.
Now, if you're wondering, "I thought this blog was going to be about trains" I'm getting there. Last month, I was dropping off some things for consigning and I heard all of this music coming from down the hall. After I had finished at Zoe's, I walked down to see what it was and discovered the Merchants Square Model Train Exhibit. I knew this was something we had to bring the twins to!
Yesterday we checked it out. I can honestly tell you, this is one of the coolest things I've seen in a very long time. And yes, the twins loved it!
We knew we had to do something fun because someone was in a grumpy mood!
I love yogurt!
We had super cute new outfits from the Richters to wear!
Love the flannel!
So amazing!!!
There is a huge lake in the middle of the display and there are 2 thunderstorms during the show. So neat!
Man down!
Thomas!
And if the pictures weren't enough to show you how cool it was, we also took a short video!
The twins are really loving elephants right now. Every time they see anything that even resembles an elephant, their arms go up like an elephant trunk and they make an elephant sound. Really cute (thanks Deb and Chrissy for teaching them this!) So I mentioned to Mike if we see any stuffed elephants at Zoe's on the way to the train exhibit, we'd get them for the twins. As soon as we got to Zoe's, we saw these two adorable stuffed elephants sitting right next to each other. Perfect!!
