This weekend is the Runner's World Fall Festival being held in Bethlehem, PA. I signed up for the Five and Dime which is running a 5K, taking an hour break, and then running a 10K. I had been training for these races for quite a while, and thanks to all of the lovely hills in Coopersburg, I was looking forward to the races.
The Rocc Flock headed to Bethlehem Friday evening so I could pick up my race packet. I'm bummed because we decided to not sign the twins up for the Kids Fun Run. We didn't realize that parents could run with the kids during the race. Oh, well. We did lots of running around anyway!

| Off flies the coat....off runs Cam! |
Cameron is turning into quite the little photographer...here are some of his pics from Friday evening! I think he did a really good job!
Allie then grabbed the camera and took a picture of Cameron...I think you can tell from his face that he enjoys being the photographer more than the model!

Now, onto the race! I arrived at Bethlehem around 7:30 this morning with 1,602 people to run the 5K. I was feeling really good during the run. Not having to push 60 pounds of twinjas in a jogging stroller and not having to climb tons of hills will have that effect on a run. I finished with a time of 26:59 which is one of my best times ever! I then spent an hour relaxing with my friend from college, Erin, and her girlfriend, Kristen. We then lined up again at the start line at 9:30 with 1,636 other people to start the 10K. I finished with a time of 56:51. I still felt good but was glad when I crossed the finish line! Mike and the twinjas were there to see me finish and snap a few pictures!
