Preparation!

We were going to head north to Wyalusing this weekend but because of the snow, we opted to stay home and get stuff done!  Good thing we did -- we might just be able to be prepared for a week from today!

The first thing we had to get done was play in the snow/ice that we got.  This was NOT good snow for snowman creating but it WAS good snow for sled riding.  Off we went!

Allie was VERY into sled riding!

Cam just wanted to DIG!

Daddy then came out and started giving Allie great send-offs!

She loved it!

It looked like so much fun that I had to try!

Action shot!

Cam then decided it looked pretty fun, too!

Off he goes!

And back he comes!

Mike is pretty certain if we get the right conditions, we can get the kids to sled all the way from our house to the third house in this picture!  This could be the exact right starting spot.  Goal #1 was to get to the peach tree!

Go go go!

She made it!

Cam then discovered that the snow on top of the clubhouse didn't get any ice on it.  So it was perfect for snowballs!

Allie was still sledding!

Attack!

Aerial view of our lovely house!

Poor Daddy was the target of the twinja's snowballs!

Swinging in the snow!
The twins then decided to try sledding together!

The smiles and giggles say it all!

Again with Allie in the lead!

The next really important thing that needed to get done this weekend was making cookies!!!

Best part of baking.....eating the ingredients!
High productivity!

Great picture taken by Cam!

Yum yum!

We had to get a bit more decorating done...happy with the bow I made!

We also had to get over to the Model Train Exhibit in Allentown.  Always a fun Christmas thing to do!

The thunderstorm is the coolest part!

The elves enjoyed having us stay home this weekend...

We received this great present from Barbe-Mimi!  It's a tablecloth that the twins need to get all colored!  They worked hard all weekend!

Little bit of downtime allowed us to play some Mario Cart!

"Hey, lady!  When do presents start showing up down here???"
 Getting close now!
