These were the words shouted by my husband around noon on Thanksgiving day as he stood in front of the stove and declared that he was done making dinner. The Rocchis, per tradition, don't typically eat dinner until around 5:00 or 6:00. So he was happy to have a solid 5 - 6 hours of eating, drinking and watching football ahead of him.

The next morning, we seamlessly transitioned into CHRISTMAS!!!!
