Sponges

  I am amazed at how quickly the twins are learning skills.  Their brains truly are little sponges.  Cameron has especially been excelling in his reading.  I caught this video of him reading the other day....

Which made me think of these videos of the twins reading.....

 And got this video of Allie reading the other day!

  Allie's creativity is so amazing -- her ability to think of something to draw and then draw it (with her own creative flair) is just so fun to observe.  She comes home with so many special drawings.  We can't keep them all -- so with the kindness of Grandma Stanton in mind, we've been giving many of her drawings (and some of Cam's) to residents at a local Alzheimer's Facility.  The pure joy that comes over these people's faces is so heartwarming.
