Hello being back to school!!! The twins have definitely been a little off (off meaning they have been crying, whining, wanting to be carried everywhere, not wanting to get into the bath, etc.....) the last few days. Probably because Mike and I have had to start waking them up at 6:00 AM so we can all get out the door by 6:30. Hopefully they'll get into the swing of things and they'll be back to our happy little twinjas.
However, today was a really fun day. After picking the twins up from their school, we headed over to the Saucon Rail Trail. I loaded them up in the jogging stroller and off we went! At one point, I heard Allie saying, "Deer! Deer!" It took me a bit to figure out that she was seeing a deer! I stopped running (thankful for the short break!) and got to see a deer really close up. Very cool for the twins! After a quick 2 mile run, we stopped to throw some rocks in the "wawa" and headed over to the playground. We finished our day off with looking at some heavy machinery in the parking lot (which Cameron INSISTS he wants to get on and drive!) and headed home.
Now, if you're wondering where the "Raise 'em up!" title came from -- take a look at the following pictures. After dinner, the twins tried out some popsicles I had made for them. I think they liked them!
