A Hodge Podge of Really Cute Pictures!

This will probably be my most random post ever.  So, here we go!

The weekend started off with a pancake breakfast to benefit our friend Eva's goal.  She will be turning 30 in 2015 and has made a goal to raise enough money to purchase protective vests for 30 emergency service working K-9s.  If you're interested in helping Eva reach her goal, please visit this page:  http://www.gofundme.com/cpsrcs

I feel like this should be in a commercial for GAP!

This one, too!
And this one, for sure!

Yum, yum!!!  We love pancakes and we love helping out a great cause!

Miss Boyer giving Cam a lesson in coloring.  I'm still amazed at how well he holds a crayon!

Partaking in the basket raffle!

Allie putting in her winning ticket!  One Christmas present taken care of!
Next up, my Uncle Karl and Aunt Jill came down for a visit on Saturday and brought along some special furniture for the twinjas.  They brought down a dresser that used to be in my bedroom as a little girl.  Jill told me that my mom put it in a yard sale that my Grandma Stanton was having (my mother was never one to hang on to things!)  Jill decided to buy it because she knew it belonged to my Grandma Stanton's grandmother.  She held onto it all these years and brought it down so Allie could have it in her room.

They also brought Cameron a great shelf that is perfect for a little boy's room!

He is such a goofball!

My dad and my niece, Lily, also came down on Saturday.  My dad brought my mom's Hope Chest that he bought her in 1968.  Inside it, I found her wedding dress.  I took this picture Saturday night and noticed the left part of the picture looks odd.  I'm hoping it was my mom saying hello!

A few shots from the twins playing around the house today...

The twins are really into pretending to lay on mats and then patting each others backs.  I'm assuming this is what happens at daycare before nap time. And yes, Cameron is using a big magnet as his mat!

I remember when our dinners were comprised of this....

And now our dinners are comprised of this....

And finally a little bit of fort building...

Here's looking at you, kid!
