Today was a great day with the Rocc Flock. Knock on wood - both twins have been healthy for about 4 days now. Cameron has a slight cough but other than that, everyone has been healthy and happy -- and starting to get into the spirit of the holidays!
I shall begin this post with our trip to Jim Thorpe for the Santa Train. I highly recommend this to anyone with kids. At just $12.00/adult and children under age 3 free, it is very affordable. Throw in that Jim Thorpe is beautiful and it's a great outing!

| Please take not that there are NO BLANKIES in this picture! The twins went all last week without having their blankies at daycare with them. Yeah! |
The twinjas were quite excited for another train ride!!
| Eating a snack on a train is so much fun!!!! |
| I LOVE CHOO CHOO'S!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| Me too!! Me too!! |
| This little boy is so goofy...and I love it! |
And then.....SANTA SHOWED UP!!!
| Here's Santa trying to convince Cam to get a picture with him...for the record, Cam gave him a high five. I love Allie's expression here. She's like "Hello, Santa? I'll talk to you!!" I didn't get any great pictures with Allie and Santa but she did enjoy seeing him! |
| Cameron just really likes trains. I love his smile! |
| Allie says, "Ok - I'm over this. Can we move on?" |
And move on, we did! We had to make some cookies today for our cookie exchange party that we are hosting at our house tomorrow. I have this idea in my head for how this party is going to go tomorrow. We have 4 couples coming (and our friend, Dylan!). Uncle Matty will be one of our guests and we have big plans to play some Christmas duets at the piano. We have also invited our new neighbor, Granville to come over. He is 80 years old and has been a drummer and music teacher for 40 years. He also plays a mean harmonica so I asked him to bring it along. So -- I'm envisioning piano playing, singing, harmonica playing, and the twins running around laughing and playing as all of this goes on....we shall see! If it goes well, you know there will be a blog in the future about it! If not -- forget I ever mentioned it!

| Getting down to business... |
| The twins were going crazy eating the pretzels. They had no idea what ingredients were coming out next! |
| Allie did awesome with the kisses. She did all of these by herself and didn't eat a single one! |
| Cameron on the other hand worked really hard to open this one.... |
| proceeded to eat it.... |
| and then lost interest and decided he wanted to clean the stove. Fine with me! |
| Here's how Michael looked when I made him come in for a few minutes during the Eagles game! |
| I believe this is the point when Allie realized these things she's been unwrapping were chocolate! |
| She was very excited watching the Hershey Kisses melt in the stove!! |
| And at this point, the twins were chowing down on M and M's. I had lost complete control! |
| But they were having a fantastic time! |
| We then moved on to Peanut Butter Blossoms. They love mixing! |
| And taste testing!! |
| And here's what happens to a child who rarely eats sugar. They were bouncing off the walls! |
Since the twins were so full of energy, we decided to go for a walk after dinner and check out the lights in our neighborhood. Here we are -- all bundled up and ready to go!
| Merry Christmas!! |
