Pinterest strikes again (and I now have even more reason to keep drinking wine!) I found this cute idea for the twins to make for their friends at school as a healthy Valentine's gift. Those are fruit pouches behind the construction paper.
The project called for the use of wine corks, which is how it began...
And like all of our projects lately, turned into finger painting!
Thanks to Mrs. Richter, we had some snazzy Valentine's Day shirts to wear to school on Friday!
The twins came home from school super excited from their fun day of partying and also excited for how much candy they got!

We lost one monkey...
Now the other two!!
We lost all three!
As for Valentine's Day itself, we went to the Ice House in Bethlehem for a show by Dave Fry. It was a really great show -- I recommend it for people wanting a nice outing on a Saturday morning! We also FINALLY watched Frozen -- I know...we're probably the last people in the world to do it. They actually sat longer for this movie than other movies. I think we made it through about the first 40 minutes...I still have no idea how it ends.
But then were up and moving again! We made some fun Valentines for the grandparents....
Do you see what we did here? We used Allie's left foot and Cam's right foot to make the "V". Then we used their fingers and thumb to make the "L" and the "E". I think it turned out pretty cute!
Cap it all off with some cold pizza and it was a pretty fun holiday!
I also want to thank Michael for giving me a very nice Valentine's Day gift. He whisked me away to a winery and dinner Thursday night. It was such a nice surprise and really nice for us to get out! You might think I'd have pictures of us from our romantic evening out...but no...here are the pictures Michael took of our time away.
So romantic....
However, he did clean the whole house on Friday since he had off for President's Day which is why I had time to blog today! Thank you, Michael!
Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!
