The Party the Entire Neighborhood was Talking About!

Phew....We survived our third birthday party and it was a good one. Before we get to that though, I need to take some time to show off my cake making skills.

My friend, Eva, invited me to her home Friday morning to create some cake magic for the twins. Pretty nice of her, huh? You'll think she's even nicer when you hear that the party for her two sons and her mom was the same day as our party and she had to make THREE cakes! Friend? More of a Saint!!

I purposely planned to have the party start at 4:00 because I thought the twins would be up from their naps and ready to party by then. They didn't wake up from their naps until about 3:30 so they were still a little sleepy when I forced them to check out their cakes...I was a little excited!

And now onto the part of our party that all the neighbors commented on...our driveway got finished just in time for the kids to use it during the party. Many of our neighbors said they loved watching the kids run all around the driveway. These pictures do not do it justice! There were kids running EVERYWHERE and collisions almost happening every other minute!
