I forgot to include our kayak trip on my last post about our trip to my dad's house. Thanks to Lynn Welles, we got to continue the tradition of taking a trip down the Susquehanna. The twins enjoyed a quick trip around the calm water by her dock before Mike and I did a longer trip.

| Lynn took the twins down to a neighbor's lookout just in time to see us row by. Very cool! |
SHOTTIN'
The twins went for their 4 year old well visit. I decided to take them myself so Mike could stay at the house and get some stuff done. When the nurse informed me that they had to get a shot, I about fell over. We haven't had to get a vaccine in quite some time and I wasn't sure how the twins would react to it. They were absolute champions. No fighting or crying! So -- this meant we just had to go to Inside Scoop for some celebratory ice cream (and coffee for me)!

| My igloo was much better! |
 |
| Cameron is really into "workers" right now. He stayed in this spot for about 20 minutes watching the guys work on our back steps! |
 |
| Cam continues to find feathers everywhere - this one was in our kitchen! |
 |
| Loved having Rudy and Ester over for dinner last weekend. So much love for these two wonderful people! |
Even though this summer was busy busy with our house, we still LOVED it. We squeezed a few more fun things into our last week....one was heading to the Promenade to see a movie with Allie's best friend, Gianna!

| They were a little hyper... |

| Red Robin for lunch! |
In closing, I'm happy to introduce SIMON. We sadly had to say good-bye to Pepper as we found out she had a very rare birth defect which led to her leaking urine. Luckily for us and Pepper, the people who allowed us to adopt her took her back as an outside cat. Cameron was pretty bummed about Pepper so we decided to look into adopting a cat we had seen at the vet after picking up Pepper from an appointment. This cat was black and white and named Simon. Before we headed to the vet to meet Simon, I decided to call them to let them know we were coming. They told me that Simon had been adopted the day before. Needless to say, Cameron was devastated. They did tell me that they had another cat, Conor, who was up for adoption. When we asked Cam if he wanted to meet Conor, he said no because he really wanted Simon. We decided to go anyway and literally 2 seconds into meeting Conor, Cameron said he loved him and wanted him. However, he wanted to change his name to Simon which was fine by us! We miss Pepper and hope she does well as an outside cat and are glad to help Simon have a better life.

| I think we'll keep him... |

| Raz and Tinkerbelle seem to be doing ok with this new addition...they've learned to go with the flow! |
