A Thousand Million Steps!

  We headed south for our annual Mother's Day Getaway to Wildwood, New Jersey.  On our first walk to the beach, Cameron said, "We have a thousand million steps before we get to the ocean!"  Yes -- that beach is wide!

 We were excited to have the Dry family with us on this year's adventure!  Here we go!

 We headed down Friday afternoon and were lucky enough to get down to the water before it got too cool!  As soon as we got up to the Boardwalk is when we heard the estimate of "a thousand million steps".

Only 3 more steps!

Allie was really into running, diving, rolling in the sand this year!

 We were super excited to have our friends join us!  I was super excited that Erin brought along her nice camera since we forgot ours!

We began our morning with some games...

And then headed to the Cape May Zoo!

Saw a few monkeys before heading into the zoo....

Cam and Felicity liked the cow...

Allie said, "Get me outta here!"

...so we knew it was time for the beach!
