Final Adventures....

This summer we swam in several pools (getting closer and closer to being independent swimmers!!), played in the Atlantic Ocean, swam in a pond and a lake, tubed down a stream, flew high on rides at Dorney and Hershey, touched sting rays and walked across a shark tank, roasted marshmallows and caught fireflies, looked for crabs by moonlight, ran away from a bear and then followed said bear in our car, rode on a boat and went fishing, picked strawberries, watched fireworks and ate lots of hot dogs, saw a sunrise and played many nights past the sunset, stayed up late and slept in late, built a fairy garden, adopted toads, when to Farm Camp, hung out with friends, played imaginary gaes for hours and hours and created memories to last a lifetime.

Just a few pics from some final adventures....

ImagiNation.....

I really think Cam might be a vet when he grows up!

And ALLIE!  Maybe they'll go into a partnership together....

Abracadabra!

There were princess dresses and tiaras that she could have dressed up in.  Nope - she wanted to be an knight!

Allie Rocchi, reporting to you live!

"I am the evil knight here for my interview."

Time for some food!

Hard at work!

Little bit of grocery shopping....

Time to get the mail delivered!

Working in the factory...

Back to the TV studio for a quick interview with the new magician.

The twins and I took a trip back up to Wyalusing to see "Bye Bye Birdie".  My dad mentioned he wanted to see it --- so back we came!

This is about right....

 Adventure Aquarium in Camden

We had done this when they were 4....things are SO much more exciting when you are 6!

We really liked this guy!

The shark walk!  They were too scared to do this when they were 4!

No fear here!

Petting a shark!

Allie absolutely fell in love with this computer art program.  It was meant to be like how a Puffer Fish creates sand art with his fins.

Another one!

Just hanging out...

Baby Sea Turtle

Back here!  This is one of Cam's creations....

Another Allie...

And another one!

Fun day!
I asked both of the twins at bedtime tonight if they were kind of sort of getting excited for 1st grade....whenever I asked the question during the last few weeks, I got a resounding NOOOOO (from them as well as their father.) . They both said that yes, they are starting to get excited to go back to school.  It's getting close now!
