First Chorus Concert and St. Patty's Day!

I am currently sitting in our living room enjoying a lovely spring day....60 degrees and the sun is shining...Michael is napping...Cam is playing on his tablet...Allie is getting ready for her first sleepover...and I have two fat kitties laying next to me.  TIME TO BLOG!

So many random things to catch up on....

Yes....it snowed one last time.  Glad the kiddos had so much fun in the snow this winter but even more glad for the sunshine we have now!

Love our neighbors!

Pizza in the snow?!?!?

Allie and her friend Katie helped me put the finishing touches on my St. Patty's Day cake!

Voila!

The kids worked HARD on this fort.  As the snow began to met away, Cameron said, "The fort lives on as long as the flag is still standing!!"  I got home from work one day and the flag had been stuck into a small pile of snow that lived on!!!  Unfortunately, the flag is no longer there.

Some creative pictures of the kids....

That's a beer bottle inside the hood in case you were wondering.

I think he's ready for the big day!

Thanks to YearCheer, we had some fun St. Patty's Day activities planned for the party at Gammy and Poppy's.  First up was a Scavenger Hunt.  The "big kids" hid the items for the "little kids" first!

Time to hunt!

Then Mommy and Daddy hid the items for the "big kids"!

Time for "Pin the Mustache on the Leprechaun"!  We didn't have a blind fold...Mike came up with this idea....

I think the mustaches look much better on Aria!

Gammy made a yummy dinner of all traditional Irish fare!

Did some arts and crafts..

Looked at picture of Michael's grandfather during his time in the service.

Time for our annual "put every possible St. Patrick's Day thing on your body" picture!

Then a bit of sledding on the mound...

On to a few more random things....

Allie is getting into "The Baby-Sitter's Club".  I am so sad that I donated my entire collection to the library years ago.  Dutifully working to try to get her her own collectin!

Mike had Cam fill out his first March Madness bracket!

Either the leprechaun escaped or a little gray kitty was being naughty!

Spring training has begun!

The good ol' "Throw the ball over the roof of the gym" exercise!!

And Cameron making it difficult for me to back out of my garage.....

There's that naughty gray kitty!

Beautiful sunrise!

So thankful that musical theatre is back in the Lehigh Valley!!

Southern Lehigh did "Bye Bye Birdie" - so fun!

Fun video of the marble run that the kiddos put together...

Random picture of a cute kitty!

ROLLY POLLY!  Simon likes to chase his tail every night right around the same time....

The twins sang in their first chorus concert!!  My heart was SO happy!

Miss Cooperman is their chorus teacher.  She did a fantastic job!

We took Allie's friend, Katie, to see "Alice in Wonderland" at DeSales.  Very "unique" show!  :)

Loved seeing Whitney in the show along with her mom.  Mrs. Madill was my chorus teacher back in high school!
