Double Digits!

The twinjas are TEN!  Last year's double party weekend about did me in so I asked if we could have 7 days in between the friends' parties in order for Michael and me to recuperate.

Cam's birthday weekend was up first.  Mike did an awesome job at putting together a pretty perfect birthday celebration for a pretty special 10 year old.

He started the day out with playing 3 flag football games in a row.  His team, Neon Blue, got to the championship game.  The game was intense (I hated every minute of it!) and they came up just a bit short - 32 to 31.  Not a great start to the day but they played HARD!

Thanks to a friend, we have this great highlights reel from Cam's Flag Football season!

After flags Mike took Cam and his friends to Coca-Cola park for the Devonta Smith Celebrity Softball game.  It was two teams of NFL players playing softball against each other.  Mike used a connection from work to get the boys down on the field.  The boys got to hang out at the Eagles bench, deliver water to the players and talk to a bunch of the players.  It was an amazing experience for those kids!

Cam got his ball signed by Devonta Smith, Darius Slay, Brandon Graham and Jalen Hurts

The boys then headed home to get the party started.  Cam requested steak for dinner and steak for his birthday cake!

Red velvet for the inside of the "medium" steak!

A neighborhood girl was having her party (which is where Allie was) and the boys decided to travel through the woods to crash the party.  We finally decided that all parties had to come to an end.  The boys jumped in the back of the Red Dragon and off we went!

The festivities continued the next morning which was the twins' actual birthday.  Allie requested a "Birthday Breakfast Bash" for the special 10th bday!

 Time for more presents!

We love our cards from Esther-Mimi!

Present from Daddy.

We then got back into the school week.  3/4 of the Rocc Flock celebrated our last day of school on the 7th!  1/4 had to hang on for TWO MORE WEEKS!

We filled our days without Daddy with some special outings..one including Jacobsburg in Nazareth.

Allie had a softball game so we decided to bring special cupcakes for her team!

Daddy got the twins' a great basketball hoop for our driveway.  We've been loving shooting hoops together!

And then it was time to begin preparing for Allie's party.  She requested Cake Pops for her birthday cake...after a few failed attempts I am proud to present what I was able to create!

We had a great woman named Robin supply balloon animals for the girls.  So fun!

 Time for more presents!

Dinnertime!  Allie requested pizza from Papa Johns!
PS:  It's not as good as you thought it was in college...

The twins enjoyed the bounce house for a few more days post party.

Phew!!!  Still a whirlwind but we are now in full summer mode.  Bring on more adventures!!!!
