Eleven is Heaven!

   How in the world are our children now 11 years old?  Everyone always told us that the time will fly by and boy are they right!

  I find myself getting emotional at times....I miss my children needing me...I miss snuggling with them...I miss feeling like I'm the most important person in their world.  However, I am beginning to find that having a bit of time back to myself is freeing as well.

 For now - I shall record their 11th birthday party for their memories!

The week of their birthday brought on a very strange weather event - terrible wildfires in Canada sent a massive amount of smoke down into the United States.  We had two days where the air quality was so bad we were advised to not go outside.  Allie's softball game was postponed due to the smoke!

Our lovely neighbor, Esther, still sends the twins homemade cards.

Last day of school lunch at McDonald's!!!!

 It was then time to get serious on these birthday cakes.....

Allie requested a cake that was half basketball and half softball....she enjoys helping me make the cakes.....

 Allie requested a birthday party at Urban Air.....she was nice enough to allow her brother to come along.

 We opted to have Cam's party the very next day.....no rest for the weary!!!

Cam decided to again go to the Devonte Smith Charity Softball Game at the Iron Pigs' Stadium.  He also allowed Allie to come along with her friend, Allie!

 Back to the house for dinner and playing in the yard....
