Our morning starts out very early - around 3:00 in the morning! We know Daddy and Mommy wishes we wouldn't get up at this time, but our bellies are so tiny that we get hungry!!! I tried to stay asleep this morning but I heard Allie say she was hungry and decided that I was hungry, too!
We take a short nap until we hear Daddy get up for work. We then know that our real day is going to begin!! Mommy comes into the nursery and takes us both downstairs. We get changed out of our pajamas into our clothes for the day and get our faces washed. Cameron usually gets fed first because he can yell very loudly, but I lucked out this morning and got to be fed first! We always watch Good Morning America. Mommy reads us all the news from the bottom line. Sometimes the news isn't good news, but Mommy always makes it sound like the funniest thing in the world!!
Next we get to swing in our swings. We love our swings!!! At first we only had one swing but Mommy and Daddy decided to get us a second one. Now, sister and I can swing side by side all day long if we wanted. We take a nice, long nap in our swings and hear Mommy running around. We think she washes our bottles in the sink, puts our dirty clothes in the laundry basket, picks up the house, and then eats breakfast herself. Sometimes one of us wakes up early and we get to cuddle with Mommy. This is the best part of our morning!
Lunchtime then rolls around for us. This one is super fun because we both are really well rested from our naps. While we eat our lunch, we listen to the beautiful music of Mozart and Bach. Mommy then takes us outside on the patio so we can look around at the grass and flowers and listen to the bugs and the birds. Today was super special because we got to hang out with our neighbors, Rudy and Ester. They are both so nice to us. Mommy then reads to us. We're half-way through "Winnie-the-Pooh" and can't wait to hear more about Piglet, Eeyore, Owl, and Kanga and Roo -- and of course, Pooh!
After another nap (we usually wake Mommy up from her nap!) we get to eat again. Sometimes we luck out and Daddy comes home in time to see us before we fall back asleep. We love seeing Daddy because we miss him while he's at work. He's really funny and tells us all about his day.
After a quick cat nap (PS we love the cats!) we usually Skype with Grandma Stanton. The other night, we Skyped to her while sitting in our Bumbo seats!! So much fun!!
Then it's time for our late night snack. Before we eat, Mommy and Daddy change us into our pajamas and make sure we're going to stay warm all night. The lights get turned way down low and Mommy and Daddy don't talk to us very much. We know it's time for bedtime. After eating, Mommy and Daddy swaddle us up all nice and snug in our Miracle Blankets (STILL WAITING FOR THE MIRACLE!!) and we get placed in our cribs. All is nice and quiet in the house until one of us decides it's time to eat and it all starts over again!
