My Heart is Very Full

As I begin my third annual "avoid Facebook because it's too painful to see all of the happy people with their mothers", I was kept very busy with my very sweet family today.  We started out with a fun trip to Lowes (I never realized how entertaining Lowes could be until I saw it through the eyes of almost 3 year olds) and then back to the house to get some yard work done.  Then began our night of fun!

My mom used to have a "water wagon".  This consisted of her gator, a big bucket of water, and a watering can.  She used to drive around her huge yard and water all of her flowers each night.  She loved that water wagon!

I had visions of the twins re-creating this memory with their gator....started out pretty well!

The Water Wagon is moving!

Annnd...then it crashed!
And we got very distracted with "fixing" it!

Really like the little men Dad got for us.  We taught the twins they aren't allowed to go beyond them!

Got back on track a little bit....

Onto the next stop!
...but then distracted again!

Allie was not interested in watering flowers at all.  She instead cooked me dinner in the playhouse.  This is my kind of dinner!

Love this little girl.
And then it was time for dinner!!

Love our backyard!

Check out this diva!

And little gentleman!

Dessert!

That mouth is VERY full of chocolate!

Very creative picture by Michael....Poor Cameron was determined to climb this tree.  As you can probably tell, he was not very successful!

Not looking forward to tomorrow...having my birthday and then Mother's Day on back to back weekends is like some kind of cruel joke.  But looking forward to another lovely day with my lovely family.  Happy Mother's Day to all of those mommy's out there!
